Shipping types, delivery costs and times
We use DHL for deliveries within Germany. Here you have the choice between Standard (€4.95) and Express delivery (€18) if you want to receive your items as quickly as possible. Parcels within the EU are shipped via UPS. Returns for every shipping type are free of charge to you.
All orders dispatched by JADES24.com are insured against theft and accidental damage. The insurance expires as soon as the recipient signs for the delivery.
We appreciate your understanding that we cannot deliver to a post box address. Shipping costs are charged only once in case of partial deliveries.
We process and dispatch orders during our regular business hours. These are Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm CET (except public holidays).
A DHL Standard delivery of items in stock will take 2-5 working days. Express shipment is only available inside Germany and will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of order, at the latest. UPS deliveries to the EU generally take 2-5 working days.
Note: Next day delivery only possible for orders from Monday - Thursday until order entry 12:00 CET.
We will do our best to re-order any item not immediately available for delivery. You will receive an email within 2 days to let you know if we can deliver the item in a second delivery. A re-order from our external warehouse usually takes 8-10 days. We will initiate an immediate refund for any items not available for redelivery.

Delivery Tracking
You will receive an automated shipping confirmation as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You will also receive your personal DHL Tracking Number on the same day. Use this number to track the current location of your package on www.dhl.de.
Packstation
We can deliver to a Packstation of your choice in Germany. Large parcels that do not fit into your rented parcel box may have to be picked up from a post office or a DHL Express Station.
Deliveries to non-EU countries
Please note that the charges for import duties and customs are not included in the shipping costs and will be charged separately by UPS. Please let us have a copy of the import documentation if you wish to keep some or all of the ordered items, as we will be happy to reimburse you for the German VAT amount for these items.
